Sara Erlbaum

Sara Erlbaum earned her BA in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. A former prosecutor and advocate in Mental Health
Law, Sara currently serves as an elected official for the Whitemarsh Township Board of Supervisors where her peers have consistently voted her to positions of leadership.


After experiencing a life-altering illness, Sara began practicing yoga and meditation techniques over a decade ago when traditional medicine was unable to provide her relief.


Through her interactions with law enforcement as a prosecutor and as an elected official, Sara realized that, just as in her personal experience, alternative treatments are needed to assist law enforcement officers manage stressors, which are inherent in their duties. It was here that Sara’s passion for iRest and assisting law enforcement merged.


She is enthusiastic about bringing the healing techniques of iRest to our peace officers.
